Getting It To You

We ship to: US and Canada for now. The rest of the world can wait or buy it on the black market.

Processing time: We get your order out within 2 business days. We’re not a warehouse robot, but we’re also not slow. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. Chill.

How fast will it get there:

  • Standard Shipping: [5–7] business days

You’ll get a tracking number emailed to you once it ships. Yes, you can refresh it every 10 minutes. We’re not here to judge.

One thing: Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s hands. We can’t control what happens out there. If something goes sideways, shoot us a message and we’ll figure it out like adults.


Returns & Refunds

Not what you expected? That’s fair. Here’s the deal.

We accept returns within [30] days of delivery on unopened, unused items. If you cracked it open and sprayed it everywhere, that’s not a return. That’s just Tuesday.

To start a return:

  1. Email hello@f-ingrelax.com with your order number and a quick reason why
  2. We’ll send return instructions. Don’t just ship it back without hearing from us first
  3. Return shipping is on you unless we messed up
  4. Once it’s back and inspected, your refund hits within 5–7 business days

We’ll make it right if:

  • Your order showed up damaged
  • We sent you the wrong thing (our bad)
  • Something was defective out of the box

We can’t help you if:

  • The bottle’s been opened or used
  • It’s been more than 30 days
  • You just changed your mind after using half of it

Look, we stand behind this stuff. If you have a real problem, we want to fix it. If you’re trying to game the system… maybe try one of our sprays first. You seem stressed.
